Job Description:
The candidate shall define HUMIT enabled SIGINT business process definition, and interaction analysis.  The candidate shall develop teams composed of the three different dimensions of Subject Matter Experts and create a model of combined operational utility to enable SIGINT collections
The candidate shall develop methodologies to create a targeting model that will allow operational research and targeting using both conventional and special intelligence targeting efforts in support of HUMINT enabling operations to conduct SIGINT collections. 

The candidate shall utilize the overall HUMINT/SIGINT model to guide research and development of signature reduction plans to enable the customer ability to enable HUMINT activities to support SIGINT collections.  Ensure that all signature reduction plans meet strict Intelligence Community legal and regulatory standards.
Ten (10) Years of military and/or government professional experience supporting a cryptologic mission. Professional experience should include expertise in any one of the following SIGINT areas: Systems Engineering, Technical Analysis, Hardware or Software Engineering, Research Scientist or Signals Analysis as it relates to direct mission support.
TS\SCI with Appropriate Polygraph Security Clearance
